Welcome to the JYANA HERBALS website (the “Site”). The Site is operated by JYANA HERBALS (“we”, “us”, or “our”), packed and dispatched from Surat, Gujarat, India.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Site, including product information, orders, accounts, enquiries, and any other services we offer online. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Health notice

JYANA HERBALS blends are food products for everyday enjoyment. Content on this Site is not medical advice and should not be treated as a remedy for any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a health concern, consult a qualified practitioner before use.

Herbal teas may not suit every person. Please read ingredient lists, start with a moderate cup, and do not overconsume. We are not responsible for misuse of our products, including use contrary to brewing guidance or labelled directions.

Online store terms

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the age of majority in your place of residence and have consent for any minor dependents who use the Site with you.

You may not use our products or the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in a way that violates applicable law (including intellectual property law). You must not introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code. A breach of these Terms may result in refusal of service or cancellation of an order.

General conditions

We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, stock or payment issues, or a breach of these Terms.

You may not copy, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the Site, our product photography, blend names, or other content without our written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the shop.

Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information

We take care with the information on this Site, but we do not warrant that it is always complete, current, or free of error. Descriptions, ritual notes, and imagery are provided for general information. Natural herbs can vary slightly in colour, aroma, and appearance from batch to batch.

Please rely on the checkout total, order confirmation, and labelled pack for the details of a purchase. If something on the Site looks wrong, write to us and we will correct it where needed.

Modifications to the service and prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or a product at any time. We are not liable to you or to a third party solely because a price, blend, or feature has changed.

Promotional codes, including welcome offers, are subject to the rules shown at checkout and may be withdrawn at any time.

Products or services

Certain blends may be available only online, in limited quantity, or for a season. We may limit sales by person, household, or pin code. Returns and exchanges follow our cancellation and refund policy. Delivery follows our shipping policy.

Hospitality and wholesale interest is welcome through our HORECA page. A partnership enquiry does not create a supply contract until we confirm it in writing.

Orders, billing, and account information

An order is placed when you complete checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock, address, pricing, or payment cannot be fulfilled, and we will notify you using the contact details you provided.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate name, email, phone, and shipping details. Please keep your account details up to date.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Card, UPI, netbanking, and wallet options depend on Razorpay’s availability. For online payment, packing begins after payment is confirmed.

When Cash on Delivery is offered at checkout, the full amount must be paid to the courier on delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Refunds, where approved, are described in our returns policy.

Optional tools

The Site may offer access to third-party tools (for example payment, maps, or messaging). We do not control those tools. Your use of them is at your own discretion and subject to the third party’s terms.

Third-party links

The Site may include links to Instagram, WhatsApp, maps, or other websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.

Comments, reviews, and other submissions

If you send reviews, enquiries, ideas, or other materials, you grant JYANA HERBALS a non-exclusive right to use, edit, and publish that material in connection with the brand, without payment to you, provided we do so lawfully and in good faith.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove reviews or comments that do not meet this standard.

Personal information

Personal information you submit through the Site — including orders, accounts, newsletters, and contact or HORECA enquiries — is handled as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your data.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Site and our products are provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free access. To the extent permitted by Indian law, JYANA HERBALS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profit or data, arising from your use of the Site or a product.

Where we are liable in connection with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law says otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JYANA HERBALS, and the people who operate this house, harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be limited to the minimum extent required, and the remaining Terms will continue in effect.

Termination

These Terms remain in force until ended by you or by us. You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive — including orders already placed, liability, and governing law — will survive termination.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our privacy, shipping, and refund policies, form the agreement between you and JYANA HERBALS for use of the Site. They replace any prior understanding on the same subject, except where a separate written supply agreement (for example HORECA) says otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, courts in Surat, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Site or these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Please review this page when you order.
